Linda is a passionate health professional being accredited as a Level 1 Yoga teacher and has worked for The Sanctuary Cove Golf & Country Club for 17 years.
Her philosophy is to always be enthusiastic and energetic whilst providing an extraordinary yoga experience. Linda likes to deliver a dynamic, fun filled class encouraging students to embrace how amazing their bodies are, whilst understanding the modern day needs yoga can provide for human potential.
Linda has trained many athletes and golfers and the advantages of incorporating yoga in their training regime dramatically improves their golf game by increasing flexibility, improving core strength, providing better mobility by gaining a better range of motion in their joints allowing them to move faster with better accuracy, as they play golf. Yoga is also beneficial in regards to increased stability and balance as the practice will provide a better centre of gravity which is ideal for improving your golf swing, when hitting a ball for an awkward position.
